Update

I feel like such a bad wife! This past week was all about me! I don't know how or why the schedule worked out the way it did, but I was fortunate enough to have three ladies' nights in one week! My guilt was surpassed by happiness b/c I had SO much fun!!!

Wednesday the RWC went out to the Melting Pot, which was quite the experience! Friday the college girls went to 27 Dresses and out for drinks. Then on Saturday we celebrated the YHS birthday club, ringing in Kelli's 30th! I had so many laughs each night - which is an absolutely fantastic feeling! I'm so fortunate to have such amazing women in my life :)

We had bowling league on Sunday night. Although we had lots of fun with the Iverson's, I was a total heap of crap! Couldn't follow up that 159! It's been a tough year. As a point of reference - our team got second place last year...this year we are dead last!

My trip to Toronto was canceled, so I'm looking forward to getting lots of work done at the office and being productive around the house this week.

More World Perks Miles

I just got back from a trip to Los Angeles. I was there for work. Luckily, my conference was on a Friday, so I was able to stay through the weekend. I had a terrific time visiting my roommate from New York, Tricia. She and her husband now live in LA. We had a great time at Geisha House in Hollywood. I also learned that Rock Band and Guitar Hero are games I shouldn't play after mojitos, wine, champagne, etc. Thankfully there are no pictures to post ;)

Christmas in Yankton

Spending the holidays with family is an absolute treat. This year was especially fun, as it was our nephew Kaden's first Christmas! He is just perfect and adds so much joy to the family.

We were fortunate enough to be able to get together with some high school friends. It was fantastic to see everyone! It was especially great to meet Jeff and Kari's newest, Emery!

For the love of the Game

Ok, this doesn't fit into the chronological order. But, how could we have a website and not address Andy's favorite hobby?! National tourney in Des Moines, IA .

Thanksgiving at the Dziengel's

This was our year to spend Thanksgiving with Andy's family. It is always wonderful to spend time relaxing in the country. And, getting to spend time with our nephews, Myles and Lee, is always an absolute joy!

Annual Colorado Trip

Summer 2007...Once again, the Atkinson family invited us to join them at the cabin. As always, we had an absolutely wonderful time. We're so luckly to be able to spend time with family and friends in such amazing location!

Fishing at Cottonwood Lake.

Golfing in Buena Vista, with Brad and Jessica.

We treated my mom and Cindy to a belly dancing class for their 60th birthday. It was quite the sight :)

Taking the ATVs through Tin Cup pass. Quite a view!

One Year and Counting!

For our 1st anniversary, Andy surprised me with a trip to the North Shore. We stayed at Cove Point Lodge. The entire weekend was absolutely fabulous!

We spent most of Saturday kayaking on Lake Superior. It was an absolute blast!

After driving up the coast and kayaking on Saturday, we spent Sunday hiking through parks, checking out some of the falls and taking in the Split Rock Lighthouse.

The first addition to our family!

Andy's cousin decided to drop by and see if we'd take one of his puppies...unannounced! He thought we should keep her for a few days. Ivo thought for sure it was some kind of joke.

As you can imagine, we were hooked from the second we saw her! Our favorite little lab...Gracie :)

Our honeymoon in Belize

Sweet smile of success after repelling 300 ft into a cave!

Headed for Eternal Bliss

I figured it might be kind of fun to go back and post some historic events. So, here goes...June 23, 2006. Our wedding day! The big event took place in my home town of Yankton, SD.

Just trying it out...

I'm not sure if I can be a blogger. I'm not that tech savvy. We'll see how things go! I'm going to start by putting up some older posts - a highlight reel, if you will. So, the pics may be dated, but I think they're still worth sharing!
